Custom frames require 100% payment in advance to initiate design and fabrication. Payments via UPI or Bank Transfer are accepted.
Clients must provide high-resolution photos. A sample layout will be shared via WhatsApp; printing begins only after your confirmed approval.
One (1) free layout revision is included. Any additional conceptual changes after the first revision will be handled through an approved custom scope.
Orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days via our delivery partner. Shipping charges are calculated based on your specific location in Kerala.
We use secure luxury packaging. If any damage occurs during transit, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence for a free replacement.
